A reminder about how Shield Strength operates, it is actually a damage reduction to damage that is taken by shields when the active character has the stat. It applies this damage reduction at the time of being hit, not on cast. For this reason, this set is a carry’s set, not the support’s set. If you’re looking for the Support’s set, look up Tenacity of the Millilith. Essentially, apply a shield with a support character, and swap to your carry or damage dealer that has this set equipped and as long as you have a shield active, they will do +40% damage with charged and normal attacks.
If I use these artifacts on Hu Tao and use Zhongli’s shield, does it also increase Zhongli’s shield by 35% when I switch to her?
no, It will not bolide only affects the user. If ya use zhonglis sheild and switch to hutao, shell be able to tank more dmg
What about the 2pc?
Does the 4-Piece effect affects the entire comp?
Unfortunately, no. It only affects the set wearer.
